You can pull in and park at top of the beginning of the drive if you don't want to go all the way down but do not obstruct the road or park on the empty parcel in front of the Address Post as it is neighbors property. To exit road continue uphill and you'll end up just past Mafolie Hotel. There is additional parking and access on a lower road but Keys are in lockbox on the wall planter next to door on upper entrance level. More house Info: Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large laundry room and a large family room with pool table, couch and large Flat screen TV for fun and entertaining. Home has a generator with manual switch, solar hot water heater, a security system, is DISH TV and Internet ready, has 3 large Flat screen TV's, pots, pans, dishware, sheets and towels as was previously a short term rental. Just bring your suitcases and move right in! Ground maintenance and security system is included in the rental amount. Utilities are not included. 1 yr. Minimum lease with 1st month and security deposit of $3800.00 required. References required. Pets okay if not destructive and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
